If you’re anything like me, the bank holiday weekend is for big clearouts and DIY. On-demand waste disposal company Divert wanted reusable content for their social channels to publish in the run-up to days when you’ll have lots of waste you don’t know what to do with!

I was hired as an independent producer for this. Following a discovery call with Divert, I wrote and developed a series of colourful social media animations. Each addresses specific customer pain points when it comes to waste disposal. They relate to customers at different stages of the funnel. For example, promoting free waste disposal guides to start developing customer relationships. And explanations of what happens when a Divert van turns up, to reassure the customers on the cusp of booking the service. They also remind existing customers of their commitment to accountability and sustainability.

The animations were created in Blender, Substance Painter, and After Effects.
